Wardrobe malfunction

During the 2006 Lakme India Fashion Week in Mumbai, Carol Gracias experienced a “wardrobe malfunction”, when her halter top slipped off, totally exposing her breasts. Carol recovered quickly enough and completed the walk, holding her top in place.
